How to read it
Driven by subsidised mortgage terms rather than the key rate: in 2023-24 household lending accelerated while the rate rose, because the subsidy offset it.
How it is measured
The roubles element of the household debt dataset. Foreign-currency mortgages are now negligible in Russia, so the gap to the headline figure is small - but the base stays comparable with the corporate one.
