How to read it

100 means output equal to the same month a year earlier. Rosstat revises this series heavily — loading the December 2023, 2024 and 2025 issues in turn, the last revised 22 of 24 months — so every reading is stored with the date it was read rather than overwritten.

How it is measured

Section 1.3, Table 1 of Rosstat's monthly socio-economic report, first column - per cent of the same period a year earlier. PDF only: EMISS indicator 57806 refuses its own export and Rosstat's industry spreadsheets are stale, regional or per-product. The table is located by its shape rather than its page - it is the only one in the issue with five value columns, because it alone is also reported against the 2023 monthly average.
